GENERAL
➤ By giving a commission, you agree to these Terms of Service.➤ By giving a commission, you accept the art style exemplified. All commissions made under this heading will be in this art style and the art style will not be changed.


What I DRAW:
✦ Human
✦ Kemonomimi (Cat ears, dog ears etc.)
✦ Fanart
✦ OC
✦ Chibi
✦ Feminine looking characters
✦ Mascot animals
✦ Real person (anime style)
✦ Slightly Sexual (Bikini, revealing clothing etc.)


What I DON'T Draw:
✦ Mecha
✦ Gore
✦ Fully NSFW
✦ Furry
✦ Masculine looking characters
✦ Aged characters


➤ I have the right to refuse a commission if I feel that the commission you offer is not in line with my style of drawing or if I cannot fulfill your request.


PAYMENTS & REFUNDS➤ Payments must always be made UPFRONT via VGen or Fiverr.➤After payment, refunds can be made by the commissioner only until the end of the sketch stage (at this point you will be visually informed about your commission)


REVISIONS
You can revise "3 times" during the whole commission.➤ Major revisions (Pose, outift, hairstyle changes etc.) can only be made until the end of the sketch phase.
➤ Minor revisions (Adding a small detail, color change etc.) can be made at any stage until the end of the commission.


DEADLINES & DELIVERY
➤ Once I start your commission (excluding the time in the queue), it will be ready between "4-14 days" depending on the detail of your commission and my workload.➤ If you have a deadline that I cannot meet under normal circumstances, you will be charged a rush fee. So I can move you forward in the list.


USE
➤ When using my work, please credit my Twitter, Pixiv or VGen account.
➤ You can use the work given to you as you wish. This includes using it on other media (for example, you are a streamer and you want to put this picture on your stream schedule), using it in your streams, using it on your social media accounts etc.
➤ If you have content that will be merchandised and turned into physical objects, you must pay a 100% commercial use fee for each work (If you use these products in your streams and make money from those streams, you do not have to pay this fee, this only applies to physical or printed products).For example, if you print a $50 drawing and sell it as a poster to your fans and want to make a profit from it, this is considered a "Commercial Commission". In this case, the fee for this work would be 100$.


INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
➤ After finishing the commission, I can share the commission drawing on my Twitter/Pixiv/DeviantArt platforms with a prominent watermark on it. If you would like your commission to be kept private, please let me know at the beginning.
➤ Tracing, heavily editing and reselling my work is strictly prohibited.
➤ Don't use my work for AI/NFT etc.

➤ Communication will be by the means chosen by the commissioner. This can be Twitter, Telegram, Discord or e-mail.
